As a Native Floridian and representing the Westcoast of Florida homeowners and future homeowners, Kim brings honesty, trustworthiness, and superior negotiating skills to her clients. Kim brings an attitude of service to her role as a Realtor, and sees herself as a matchmaker, placing buyers and sellers together so all sides can achieve their goals and start new chapters.

Raised in Central Florida on the Chain-Of-Lakes in Winter Haven, Kim understands the pleasure of living on the water. She started water skiing at the age of five and was barefoot skiing by the time she reached eleven. Kim graduated from the University of Central Florida with Physical and Exceptional Education Degrees and taught for 27 years. Kim decided to leave the Lake Life and water skiing in exchange for the Gulf and a fishing pole on the Westcoast of Florida to pursue a second career in Real Estate. Using the skills she honed as an educator allows Kim to take her clients through the home sale process with patience, precision and poise. Her energetic, easy going and fun spirit makes her a pleasure to work with.

Kim is married and has four grown children which she loves to spend time with when they slow down enough to visit. When she and her husband aren’t working, they enjoy boating, fishing, biking, running 5K’s and Half Marathons as well as traveling.
